It went so smoothly and we closed really quickly

Brandon was amazing! We were looking to buy back in November/December 2022 and he advised us to take care of something’s first so we could get a way better interest rate. We worked hard for 5-6 months and called him back. His advice helped tremendously and we just closed on our house. He was very good to keep in touch through the whole process, whether it was to let us know he received our docs or just to check on us to see if there was anything he could do to help. I will recommend Brandon to everyone I come in contact with for new mortgage or refinance. He, along with Brian, made this process easy and painless!!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work!!!!!

I was referred to American Home Lending USA by my realtor after I had initially started working with Wells Fargo for my home mortgage. About three weeks into working with Wells Fargo, it became apparent to me that they weren't going to be able to get my VA loan processed in time for our preferred closing date. At this point I reached out to Brandon Hambright at American Home Lending and explained where things were in the process in working with Wells Fargo. Considering it was a VA loan and we were just short of three weeks of our closing date, I was concerned with meeting our target closing date. Brandon assured me that he could get everything processed in time to meet the closing date. Brandon worked diligently with me over the next two weeks, working through a few obstacles that came up, and true to his word was able to get everything completed and got us to closing on our scheduled date. I was very satisfied with the communication from Brandon throughout the process and his professional demeanor in answering all my questions, no matter the topic. Going through the mortgage process can be tedious. However, In my experience working with Home Lending USA and Brandon and his staff, the experience was seamless and positive throughout Should the need arise, I would definitely use their services again.

Brandon Hambright from America Home Lending USA is one of the Best Branch Managers I have ever dealt with. He is very thorough, and is always there to answer your questions. Great lender

Brandon and Brian were great. They took a lot of the stress out of purchasing my home. They kept me up to date as my loan progressed from pre qualifying to closing. They answered any questions i had through the process. I definitely recommend American Home Lending USA.

Unbelievably helpful

Brandon and his team made our experience getting an FHA Construction loan an incredible experience. Through Brandon and his team we were able to buy our first home and wrap the renovations into our FHA giving us the ability to make our old midtown home a little more modern. I would highly recommend going through Brandon and if you are a first time home buyer, definitely consider wrapping your construction into your FHA.

First time home buyer and I wanted to deal with a small lender. Brandon and his team know what they're doing of course, but they took all the time to explain things to me and work with me. He went above and beyond to make me feel okay about real estate investing as a whole. Doing a rough calculation of what his margins would be on my deal, and I'm convinced that an older me wouldn't of invested as much time and effort as Brandon's team did for me! Goes to show how much they think about building a long term solid business on honest good reviews, and are not focused on the quick buck. Advice to new home buyers/investors: do your research of course, but don't sweat the small points and certainly don't go with a lender just because you'll get an 8th point discount. In the long term, honestly, those points will be dissolved if you make a good buy to begin with. Dealing with trustworthy people is worth it over getting the cheapest lender who focus on volume to make ends meet and won't have the time of day to help you with your noob questions. That said, I'm pretty sure American Home Lending has pretty good rates. I just never checked because the service was amazing and I came out ahead when I ran my numbers. Give them a call. Seriously, they're solid...and I need them to still be grinding away when I'm ready for my next deal:)

We starting working with Brandon in January of 2018 from a connection from the Zillow website. Brandon reached out to us right away to get things started. Brandon and his team stayed in constant contact with us during the whole process. My husband and I were both traveling for work so it was hard for Brandon to reach both of us at the same time. He went above and beyond by creating a video for us to review that addressed our questions and next steps. This was a very helpful tool and shows he is willing to go above and beyond to help his clients. We would highly recommend Brandon and his team.

Always responded and worked even after hours. My husband called to ask a few questions and didnt even realize brandon was on vacation. So he works even when hes on vacation.
